You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. ugdewa reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ugdewa will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ugdewa immediately by contacting our support team. Players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam can reach our support team via live chat at any time.
All ugdewa Accounts are operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit on ugdewa is RM30 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction. ugdewa reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
Deposits made via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes. ugdewa is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
If a deposit is declined, you should contact your bank or payment provider in the first instance. ugdewa does not charge fees for declined transactions, but your bank or payment provider may do so. Do not attempt multiple transactions in quick succession if a deposit has been declined, as this may trigger fraud prevention systems at your bank.
💡 All funds deposited into ugdewa must belong to the registered Account holder. Depositing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made by verified Account holders who have completed the KYC process as described in Section 10. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
ugdewa aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified members. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically received within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account.
Any bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Real-money funds that have not been used to activate a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Section 6.1.
Standard withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Diamond VIP members are entitled to enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their membership tier benefits.
New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional period specified will expire and be removed from your Account without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the validity period of any bonus credited to your Account.
All wagers placed on ugdewa are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. ugdewa acts as the operator and does not accept liability for any technical failure on the part of a third-party game studio that results in an interrupted gaming session.
All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other competitions, are governed by individual market rules that will be displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of ambiguity, ugdewa's interpretation of the applicable market rules is final.
ugdewa reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of an error in odds, a technical malfunction, or an event that is subsequently cancelled or deemed irregular. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account balance.
Maximum payout limits apply across all game categories and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ugdewa reserves the right to cap winnings at the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the displayed odds or theoretical outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ugdewa. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, with all balances subject to forfeiture:
